Edgeworth's tools let you re-score historical trades under different rules — partial-exit ladders, alternate BE rules, alternate risk presets, alternate instrument selections, and so on. The resulting Net R, equity curves, win rates, and drawdowns are hypothetical. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations:

• It is prepared with the benefit of hindsight.
• It does not involve actual financial risk and cannot fully account for the impact of trading under real-world conditions (slippage, execution latency, fees, partial fills, emotional discipline, position sizing constraints).
• It assumes that historical results would have been replicable in real-time, which may not be the case for any specific account.
• The ability of any trader to withstand losses or adhere to a specific trading program will affect actual results, often dramatically.
